Janie Van Hool wins Business Book Award

Congratulations to Omada team member Janie Van Hool who last night swept to victory at The Business Book Awards with her book The Listening Shift. 

Published in 2021, The Listening Shift recognises that to be a good communicator one has to be a good listener.  It is packed with tips, practical techniques and easily-implemented ways to improve communication at work and in other spheres of life.  Well done Janie!  We shall celebrate when you're back at base.
