values

Our core values guide us in the way we interact with each other and with our clients:

Hard graft

While we realise that in some cultures this can sound like a particularly challenging surgical procedure, more colloquially it refers to good old-fashioned hard work – and we’re never shy of rolling up our sleeves, getting stuck in and doing whatever needs doing to get the job done.

Pleasingly irreverent

As executives move up the hierarchy, their juniors can become increasingly unwilling to speak up and say what they’re thinking. It might seem very respectful but it’s not always very helpful. We tackle the hard issues, the undiscussables, and find that injecting a little light heartedness and irreverence along the way can make the process much more enjoyable and that much easier for people to speak up.

True to our word

Wholly guided by the ethical practices laid down for chartered psychologists and ever mindful of the rightfully demanding expectations of leaders, we only do what we know to be right. And if we say we will do something, you can be sure we will.

With

A somewhat odd value on first glance, this one really sums up the way we operate. We work with our clients, we don’t ‘do things’ to them. We think with our clients, we don’t profess to have all the answers. And we collaborate with each other to ensure we are able to bring our collective best thinking to bear.
