Happy 21st Birthday to Omada
It's our birthday! Twenty-one years ago this week, Omada opened its doors to what would soon become an extraordinary and exciting set of client projects, working with Presidents, CEOs, Senior Partners, Vice-Chancellors, and many more besides, largely but not exclusively on the effectiveness of their leadership teams ... and we've never looked back.
We've done it again ... and again
As we go into 2024, we have once again learned from the recently published Plimsoll Analysis, which annually assesses around 300 of the largest providers in our field, that Omada has been rated 'strong' once more - the highest accolade Plimsoll awards - and is once again described as a 'beacon of success' across the industry.

Congratulations to Omada team member Janie Van Hool who last night swept to victory at The Business Book Awards with her book The Listening Shift.

As it turns out it's true that, in the words of that well known seasonal jingle, 'Christmas comes this time each year'. So we really shouldn't be surprised when it does so. But somehow it still manages to creep up on us and when there's plenty more to do before we put our collective feet up and settle in for the holiday season.

Congratulations to our team member Janie Van Hool on the impending publication of her book The Listening Shift.Janie works with many of our senior executives on the development of their impact and listening skills, drawing on her learning and experiences as a RADA-trained classical actress, voice coach, studies in performance psychology, and volunteer as a Samaritan.

Spotlight on ... Dr Joanne Weston
Joanne is a Clinical Psychologist who obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Plymouth. She specialises in working with a wide range of psychological difficulties, such as stress, anxiety, depression, health problems, trauma, phobias and life-changing injuries.
Prem joins the Omada team
Please join us in welcoming Prem, our newest team member, to Omada. Prem studied Psychology at Brunel University, London, before later completing a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology at the University of Leicester.
