Omada goes back to University

Last year, our MD, Grant Morffew, was invited to be a guest lecturer at the University of Worcester.  They were so interested in the work he did with the students on Group Dynamics that they asked him to do it all over again this year. 94 students from the Institute of Sport and Exercise Science spent the day with Grant in the University Arena learning about group interaction and development - a core skill of particular interest to those dealing with team sports and sports organisations and bodies. It was an active and thought-provoking experience for all, including Grant himself. "It's so inspiring to be working with these young people at the very start of their working lives" he noted. "We're watching group dynamics in action right here."
