What's your favourite?

Some of you will know we often ask a team's members to complete a Biography that tells us and their colleagues a little bit more about them and their ways of working.  It usually contains both work insights and something about them as a person. Since we started doing this in 2004 the final sign-off questions have been ‘Who is your all-time Sports Hero?’, ‘What is your Favourite Book?’, ‘Which is your favourite Band or Best Gig?’ and, ‘What is your Favourite Movie?’

After 15 years of asking that question we thought you might be interested to know which answers make the Top 3.
